Shipping & Installation

The listed power configuration includes a 3-meter power cord. Customers should verify the electrical requirements at the installation location before assembly. (lowes.com)

Because this is an assembled cabin rather than a portable sauna tent, delivery access should also be evaluated in advance, including doors, hallways, stairs, and elevators.

Care & Maintenance

The sauna should be kept in a dry indoor environment and protected from direct water exposure.

After sessions, allow the interior to dry and follow the supplied care instructions for cleaning the wood, glass, seating, and control surfaces.

Users should avoid using excessive moisture inside an infrared sauna and should never spray or pour liquids directly onto electrical components.

Warranty

A consistent manufacturer warranty term was not established from the matching product sources reviewed. Third-party listings can have different warranty policies, so Wellness Edge Frontier should confirm the applicable warranty directly with the supplier before publishing a specific warranty duration.

Safety & Usage Information

The sauna is listed for indoor use and includes a top ceiling vent. (lowes.com)

Users should follow the supplied assembly and operating instructions, maintain appropriate ventilation, keep liquids away from electrical components, and use the sauna only within the published temperature range.
